INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 2023

PRIMAS extended its partnership in this celebration, together with the High Commissioner of India, Kuala Lumpur - H. E. Mr. B. N. Reddy and Mr. B. P. Singh, the Assistant Consular Officer (Visa & Attestation).
This year Yoga Day is celebrated with the International Yoga Day 2023 theme of “Vasudhaiv Kutumbakamâ€, and being prepared for by yoga aficionados throughout the globe. It is an invaluable gift from the traditional Indian culture.
Yoga is the journey of the self through the self, strengthen your mind, body and soul with the ancient practice to spread awareness.
Regular yoga practice has been shown to improve heart health, reduce blood pressure, enhance flexibility, and increase muscular strength. It can also improve respiratory function, reduce inflammation, and improve overall mental relaxation/well-being, is a holistic practice that provides physical and helps to alleviate stress and anxiety.
